Nimeno

Nimeno now has multiple locations in Tulum, with the La Veleta original setting the tone. Cozy and calm, it suits a quiet cup or a short laptop session more than a full workday. Tulum’s heat flatters cold brew and iced preparations over hot cups, and the good cafes here treat cold coffee as a craft, not an afterthought.

Campanella Cremerie

The sweet spot, literally: Campanella pairs excellent espresso and cold brew with artisanal ice cream and gelato across multiple locations, including a much-loved corner of Aldea Zama. Several of the best cafes close by early or mid-afternoon, Rossina at 2 PM, so treat Tulum coffee culture as a morning sport.

The remote-work favorite: a modern, calm cafe with good beans, proper breakfast and lunch plates, comfortable seating, and reliable Wi-Fi, now at multiple locations around Tulum.
