Myself and my husband spent a few hours here soaking up the sun and enjoying the beach. The service was great - Ivan was really good and attentive. The drinks and food were delicious, we both had tacos, one beef and one cauliflower. The atmosphere was really chill which is what we wanted and we have a great spot on the beach, they even kept the beach super clean for when we wanted a dip in the sea. Glad we opted to go here and would 100% recommend.

We came early and had breakfast. The food was amazing. Then headed to the beach club section and lounged for a few, the drinks are on point and lunch was also great. I didn’t take a picture of the fish tacos(amazing- not all fish tacos are the same), burger 🍔😍, and a Ceasar salad. All amazing. Ivan our waiter always super attentive and making sure your margaritas never run out 🤩.

This yoga class exceeded all my expectations! Andy read the room perfectly and accommodated different levels, and even provided a great session for my pregnant friend. After the class I felt mentally/emotionally balanced and physically invigorated. I would definitely recommend Andy if you’re looking for a great yoga class in Tulum!!

I had the absolute best experience with Your Tulum Concierge. I am an overthinker and an over-planner and Paola was an absolute gem at securing all the reservations and transportation requests I had. She has an amazing attitude, was flexible with changes, and was incredibly thorough with her follow ups pre-trip and during our excursions, just checking in to make sure we were having the best experience. Toward the end of our time at a beach club in Tulum, Joost was readily available and willing to accommodate an early pick up with beverage service on our ride back to our resort. Not for groups of up to 6. Groups of 7 or more pay a deposit of 25 USD per person to secure the booking, and the taco bar and open bar for groups of 8 or more are paid in advance.

What is the discount on transportation when I make a reservation for 8 people or more?

4 USD per person for the round trip to Ziggy’s, when your group books the taco bar or the open bar.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You pay at the venue, in cash or by card. If a deposit or prepayment is needed, we send a secure payment link. The accepted cards and currencies are listed under Payment Options.

What is the cancellation policy?
