I initially picked YTC without any reference or referral. I wasn’t sure how things would turn out. I am so glad I did! I couldn’t have picked anyone better! I had wonderful experience using YTC for my room decorations, airport transportation, and photographer. I couldn’t have picked a better concierge service to help plan my birthday girls trip! I worked with Joost and Paula. They were not only so pleasant and lovely to work with but their quick response and insights was truly impressive. They really helped make my trip go smooth and even the girls on the trip commended how good their communication and service was. For airport transportation, we were six girls and I was pleasantly happy with the comfortable van that was provided and we were all very comfortable. For hotel room decoration, I had Joost get a room decorator to decorate my room for my big birthday! The girls and I were truly impressed and in awe when we walked in with how beautiful the balloon bouquets looked! The colors were beautiful and the bouquets looked luxurious! It was def money well spent! For the photographer, I had YTC set up a photo shoot. The photographer Nate was wonderful! He worked with an assistant and she was amazing! The girls and I were impressed that she took time to pose every girl in each pose for every shot. He took alot of photos of me solo and the girls. A 45 min photo shoot turned into an hour and hour and no extra charge! Definitely the best photographers in Tulum! For the boat, I was supposed to have a big celebration on the boat. Joost and Paula confirmed all my food choices and they were able to arrange all the food and even a birthday cake for me with ease. So I was happy about how easy they made things for me. Unfortunately at the time due to weather made the decision not to go on the boat to celebrate. YTC communicated with me what was happening and left the decision to me. I am so happy I used them and highly recommend anyone looking for a great concierge service.
This yoga class exceeded all my expectations! Andy read the room perfectly and accommodated different levels, and even provided a great session for my pregnant friend. After the class I felt mentally/emotionally balanced and physically invigorated. I would definitely recommend Andy if you’re looking for a great yoga class in Tulum!!
This company was extremely professional! I initially booked a ride with them for my group (13 friends traveling together), and they made some great recommendations that I did not even know existed, and were able to secure bookings for us. We received excellent communication and punctuality from the drivers, and the company was flexible and patient with the changes of plans that come with traveling with a large group. If we ever went back to Tulum I would absolutely book with them for the entirety of the trip!

I had the absolute best experience with Your Tulum Concierge. I am an overthinker and an over-planner and Paola was an absolute gem at securing all the reservations and transportation requests I had. She has an amazing attitude, was flexible with changes, and was incredibly thorough with her follow ups pre-trip and during our excursions, just checking in to make sure we were having the best experience. Toward the end of our time at a beach club in Tulum, Joost was readily available and willing to accommodate an early pick up with beverage service on our ride back to our resort. Is there a marina in Tulum?
No. The closest marina is Puerto Aventuras, about 40 minutes north of Tulum. All cruises depart from there. We can arrange round-trip transportation from your villa or hotel, at a discount when you book the boat with us.
Are the cruises private?
Yes, every cruise on every page is fully private. You and your group have the boat, crew, food, and bar to yourselves. We don’t sell shared/group tickets.
What is the difference between a yacht and a catamaran?
Yachts are faster and sleeker, so you spend more time at the snorkeling and beach stops and less time cruising between them. Catamarans are wider and more stable, with more deck space, better for lounging, sunbathing, and groups who want to linger. Same food, same drinks, same crew quality on either.
How many people fit on each boat?
Capacities range from 12 to 30+ depending on the boat. The number listed on each cruise page is the comfortable maximum, not a regulatory ceiling: past that point the deck gets crowded. We’ll match you to a boat that fits your group with room to move.
How much does the marina fee cost and how do we pay it?
20 USD per person, cash only, paid at the marina on the day.
How do we pay for the boat?
50% deposit by online payment link to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% paid at the marina on the day in cash (USD or MXN) or card (5% surcharge).
Are food and drinks included?
Yes, every cruise includes food and an open bar. Fun cruises serve Mexican snacks (guacamole, ceviche, fruits, chips). Luxury day and dinner cruises serve a multi-course à la carte menu cooked onboard. Drinks scale up: domestic spirits on Fun, premium spirits and wine on Luxury.
What is included with every cruise?
Captain and crew, fuel, food, open bar, snorkeling gear and towels (day cruises), sunbathing and lounge areas, bathroom, kitchen, sound system, safety briefing and equipment.
What about kids? Is this family-friendly?
Yes, kids are welcome on all three cruises. We provide life jackets in kids’ sizes. The Fun and Luxury day cruises are great for families (snorkeling, swimming, lunch onboard). The Dinner Cruise is designed for adults (multi-course evening meal). It works for older kids but isn’t built around them.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, and cash for the marina fee + any tip.
What if the weather is bad?
The Caribbean shifts fast but most days sail. The captain calls it on the morning of. If conditions are unsafe (lightning, swell, storm warning), the cruise is canceled and you get a full refund or a reschedule. If conditions are merely overcast or windy, the cruise still goes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible at a cost of 10% of the cruise with more than 14 days’ notice. With 14 days’ notice or less, the deposit is non-refundable.
