A relaxed open-air sunset lounge above Distrito Panamera – and one of the only rooftops in Tulum that actually looks west for the sunset. Most of the hotel zone faces east toward the Caribbean (great for sunrise, not sunset), so Panamera is the rare spot where you can watch the sun drop behind the jungle canopy with a cocktail.
