Our stay at Ana y José Hotel & Spa was the perfect ending to our Mexico vacation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt less like guests and more like family. A very special thank you to Paulina, who made our entire experience seamless. She welcomed us warmly, helped us with a smooth check-in, guided us around the property, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference to our stay. We would also like to thank Luis, Maria, Edgar, and the entire team. Whether it was the restaurant staff, housekeeping, security, or the beach team, every single person greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. It is rare to find a resort where every employee genuinely seems happy and takes pride in creating a wonderful guest experience. One memorable moment was speaking with the security team about the tortoise nests near the beach. They took the time to explain how the eggs are protected and marked, which showed the resort’s respect for nature and wildlife. It added something truly special to our visit. The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Although there was some seaweed on the beach during our stay, the staff worked hard every day to keep the beach clean, and we still loved spending time on the deck enjoying the ocean views. The breakfast was outstanding. We especially appreciated the concept of choosing exactly what you wanted rather than creating unnecessary food waste. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. What we will remember most is not just the beautiful property, but the people. Highly recommend! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating - very friendly. The restaurant has amazing beach views - we had breakfast right on the beach each morning with a gorgeous sunrise view - breads and pastries, juice, and coffee was included. The staff was communicative and had things ready and waiting for you and checked in with you each day - the two ladies at the concierge were wonderful. We recommend the superior garden view - gorgeous suite with plenty of room and amenities including a soaking tub on the patio. It feels like you are in the jungle. We had to move to a charming garden one night - it was much smaller, lacked privacy on the patio, and didn't have the finer details in the room like the superior. We rented a car - there was parking and virtually no wait when you went to get your car. Amazing stay, beautiful people!

Having parking included was such a huge convenience and made our trip completely stress-free. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained. Had a wonderful long weekend here celebrating my birthday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Mar, coordinated with me a lot to help us rent 2 cars and find the best places for dinner and drinks in Tulum. She was so helpful and kind—truly a great experience working with her! The free valet parking was also wonderful and prompt. Our rooms were fantastic, clean, and well air conditioned. The cleaning service provided cleaning in the morning and a turn down service in the evening, which was a nice touch. The staff was very accommodating and flexible for our group as well—allowing some of my group to check in much earlier than expected and even upgrading my two rooms. Just for that, I’ll be returning! The complimentary breakfasts are extensive and you can fill up for the whole day on them alone. The best part of our breakfasts, however, was our amazing and sweet server, Wiliam. He was always cheerful and funny, joking around with us and teaching us Spanish and Maya phrases. We loved the starting the day with him! For the value, I’m not sure you could find a better combination of beach front location, service, amenities, and safety in Tulum. They truly made my birthday weekend unforgettable and wonderful! Joost and the Tulum Concierge team were exceptional. Joost helped us plan a full week-long bachelor party and absolutely nailed every detail. From restaurants and beach clubs to activities and logistics, everything was seamless and top tier. He was incredibly responsive, well connected, and always had great recommendations that matched exactly what we were looking for. Planning something for a group can be stressful, but Joost made the whole process easy and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend working with him if you're planning a trip to Tulum.
We used YTC for our Anniversary this week. We used their private driver service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were professional, extremely nice and on time. YTC also booked our beachclub for us within minutes of us calling. They answered all our questions and gave us really good suggestions while in Tulum. They even checked to make sure we arrived back home safely. We will definitely use them again when we return to Tulum.
YTC was phenomenal for our bachelorette trip. They were very responsive and helpful when creating our itinerary. Whether it was pick up from the airport or driving us from beach clubs to dinner—they were extremely prompt and safe. The pricing was also the most reasonable compared to other companies. I had the absolute best experience with Your Tulum Concierge. I am an overthinker and an over-planner and Paola was an absolute gem at securing all the reservations and transportation requests I had. She has an amazing attitude, was flexible with changes, and was incredibly thorough with her follow ups pre-trip and during our excursions, just checking in to make sure we were having the best experience. Toward the end of our time at a beach club in Tulum, Joost was readily available and willing to accommodate an early pick up with beverage service on our ride back to our resort. YTC took care of us from beginning to end. Our private drivers were on time, professional and extremely nice. We also booked Mia Beach Club through YTC at the last minute.
