Before you arrive at the villa if the hosts allows it, so the celebration is ready the moment you walk in. We coordinate timing with your villa host so everything’s installed during check-in turnaround.
How long does setup take?
1–2 hours for standard packages. Custom installations may take longer; we coordinate with the villa.
Is it also possible to arrange a decoration at a villa outside Tulum?
Yes, this is possible! But then the price is higher than the prices listed on our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before setup. Custom orders (specific signage, made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable once booked.
