Which Ride Do You Need?

Airport shuttle

A private ride from Tulum airport (TQO) or Cancun airport (CUN) to your hotel or villa, one way or round trip, at a fixed price per vehicle. Your driver tracks your flight and waits at the terminal with your name.

Private driver

Book by the hour (minimum 4 hours) or the day (12 hours) and your driver waits at each stop, or book a single ride.

ATV rental

Drive yourself anywhere within 10 km of town. We deliver the ATV to your door and pick it up; you need a valid driver’s license.

Tours, parks and cruises

Your ride can be part of the booking. Most tours include pickup, the Dinner Cruise includes round-trip transportation, and for parks and day cruises you can add it when you book.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which airport should I fly into?

Tulum’s own airport (TQO) is the closest: about 40 minutes to most accommodations. Cancun (CUN) is bigger and often cheaper, but it’s a 1.5 to 2 hour drive south. We run private shuttles from both.

How far in advance should I book?

Last-minute bookings are often possible, but we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I pay?

Airport shuttles and private drivers: cash (USD or Mexican pesos), card (5% surcharge) or online. Online payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ATV rentals: at least 50% with an online payment link.

What is the cancellation policy?

Airport shuttles and private drivers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. When your flight is canceled, you can cancel your shuttle at no cost even after that. ATV rentals: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental starts.

Do the drivers speak English?

Drivers of comfortable vehicles speak basic English and have years of experience driving guests who don’t speak Spanish, so language is rarely an issue. Luxury vehicles come with an English-speaking driver on request.

Is there a holiday surcharge?

From December 24 to January 11, a 20% surcharge applies to airport shuttles and private drivers.
