When we decided to visit Tulum for our daughter’s graduation, I began searching for the perfect photographer for family photos. Gavin exceeded our expectations! From first contact to our session date, he was communicative, friendly, easy to work with. He spent so much time with us and our photos reflect his talent for making us (especially our 15yo son) feel comfortable with the camera. Our photos are absolutely stunning and I will treasure them for years to come. Do not hesitate to book Gavin!!!
Gavin was incredibly responsive from the start, which gave me a great feeling right away. Cause I really value quick communication, and he definitely delivered. He truly came through when I needed a photographer to meet my client’s needs. The results were amazing! and I couldn’t be happier🙏🏻 He arrived on time, communication was smooth, and even with a 12-hour time difference, we managed everything remotely just through chat. If you are looking for a photographer in Tulum, I would highly recommend Gavin. He was very easy to work with, his pricing packages were clear and easy to understand, and he was flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, he made the entire photoshoot process very smooth and relaxed. We were a group of eight girls, and absolutely everyone felt natural and comfortable. We all truly enjoyed both the process and the final results. We received the first sneak peeks the next day and the full set of photos within just a couple of days, which was amazing. We are extremely happy with the quality and the results. Gavin is very easygoing and has great energy and a wonderful vibe, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Gavin is such an amazing photographer. I recently used Gavin to capture the moments of my proposal and it was an amazing experience. From start to finish, all the planning and preparation was seamless, Gavin is a true professional but he takes the nerves away and makes it fun and an all around great experience. We’ve had photo sessions in the past where we felt rushed and unappreciated, but not this time. Gavin went above and beyond for us. We booked a 30-minute family photo shoot that included a surprise wedding/vow renewal. Gavin was professional, genuine, kind, and caring throughout the entire experience. I went to Tulum to celebrate my birthday with friends from college. I stumbled upon the Your Tulum Concierge website. Best decision I ever made. Communication was quick, clear and easy. It was a one stop shop to handle all our needs: transportation, decorations, cake and photographer. The shuttle vans were prompt and payment was determined ahead of time so there were no surprises. The decorator showed up on time and quickly put the decorations together according to my specifications. The cake arrived at the appointed date and time and was DELICIOUS! I wanted to end the weekend with a professional photoshoot. I found Gavin through Your Tulum Concierge. Gavin was prompt, friendly and super easy to work with. He suggested and modeled poses for every shot (which is very helpful when you don’t know what to do). The shoot was INCREDIBLE but the actual pictures exceeded my expectations. STUNNING is an understatement. The hardest part was deciding which pictures to edit. Needless to say, I ordered many pictures beyond what was included in my package. If I’m ever in Tulum and need professional photos, I would hire Gavin - EVERY. TIME.
This concierge service made my bachelorette party so easy to plan. Paula was amazing to work with so helpful with booking a photographer, beach clubs, reservations and drivers. She was very responsive and I highly recommend her services.
I initially picked YTC without any reference or referral. I wasn’t sure how things would turn out. I am so glad I did! I couldn’t have picked anyone better! I had wonderful experience using YTC for my room decorations, airport transportation, and photographer. I couldn’t have picked a better concierge service to help plan my birthday girls trip! I worked with Joost and Paula. They were not only so pleasant and lovely to work with but their quick response and insights was truly impressive. They really helped make my trip go smooth and even the girls on the trip commended how good their communication and service was. For airport transportation, we were six girls and I was pleasantly happy with the comfortable van that was provided and we were all very comfortable. For hotel room decoration, I had Joost get a room decorator to decorate my room for my big birthday! The girls and I were truly impressed and in awe when we walked in with how beautiful the balloon bouquets looked! The colors were beautiful and the bouquets looked luxurious! It was def money well spent! For the photographer, I had YTC set up a photo shoot. The photographer Nate was wonderful! He worked with an assistant and she was amazing! The girls and I were impressed that she took time to pose every girl in each pose for every shot. He took alot of photos of me solo and the girls. A 45 min photo shoot turned into an hour and hour and no extra charge! Definitely the best photographers in Tulum! For the boat, I was supposed to have a big celebration on the boat. Joost and Paula confirmed all my food choices and they were able to arrange all the food and even a birthday cake for me with ease. So I was happy about how easy they made things for me. Unfortunately at the time due to weather made the decision not to go on the boat to celebrate. YTC communicated with me what was happening and left the decision to me. I am so happy I used them and highly recommend anyone looking for a great concierge service.
This yoga class exceeded all my expectations! Andy read the room perfectly and accommodated different levels, and even provided a great session for my pregnant friend. After the class I felt mentally/emotionally balanced and physically invigorated. I would definitely recommend Andy if you’re looking for a great yoga class in Tulum!!
This company was extremely professional! I initially booked a ride with them for my group (13 friends traveling together), and they made some great recommendations that I did not even know existed, and were able to secure bookings for us. We received excellent communication and punctuality from the drivers, and the company was flexible and patient with the changes of plans that come with traveling with a large group. If we ever went back to Tulum I would absolutely book with them for the entirety of the trip!

I had the absolute best experience with Your Tulum Concierge. I am an overthinker and an over-planner and Paola was an absolute gem at securing all the reservations and transportation requests I had. She has an amazing attitude, was flexible with changes, and was incredibly thorough with her follow ups pre-trip and during our excursions, just checking in to make sure we were having the best experience. Toward the end of our time at a beach club in Tulum, Joost was readily available and willing to accommodate an early pick up with beverage service on our ride back to our resort. Overall, the experience was 10/10 and I will never plan a trip to Tulum without Your Concierge Tulum again. Thank you all so much!!

How do I pay?
You pay a 50% deposit in advance with an online payment link, the remainder can be paid with cash or card (5% surcharge) when the photographer arrives.

You can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before the photoshoot is planned. No questions asked.
