- Turnaround time: Edited photos delivered within 5–7 business days.
- Pickup/dropoff included for photoshoot packages (up to 3 people). Groups of 4+ should arrange their own transport to the location – or ask us to add a private driver.
- Golden hour – (sunrise and sunset) gives the best light. Your photographer will recommend the ideal time slot
- Prefer to pay in Mexican pesos instead of USD? Just let us know!
- Although last minute bookings are often possible, we recommend booking at least a week in advance.

What's the difference between a photoshoot and candid photography?
A photoshoot is a planned session – you go to a chosen location, the photographer directs poses and compositions, and you get polished, editorial-style images. Candid photography means the photographer joins you wherever you’re going and captures real moments as they happen – no posing, no direction.
Can you choose your photographer?
Yes – request Gavin or Momo specifically, or let us match you based on your occasion and style. Both deliver excellent results in different styles.
Where should you do a shoot?
Your photographer will recommend the best location based on your style, timing, and the light. Popular spots: Tulum beach at golden hour, cenotes for dramatic underground shots, the ruins for an iconic backdrop, or your own villa for something relaxed and private.
How do you pay?
You pay a 50% deposit in advance with an online payment link, the remainder can be paid with cash or card (5% surcharge) when the photographer arrives.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel at no cost up until a week before the photoshoot is planned. No questions asked.
