This yoga class exceeded all my expectations! Andy read the room perfectly and accommodated different levels, and even provided a great session for my pregnant friend. After the class I felt mentally/emotionally balanced and physically invigorated. I would definitely recommend Andy if you’re looking for a great yoga class in Tulum!!
This company was extremely professional! I initially booked a ride with them for my group (13 friends traveling together), and they made some great recommendations that I did not even know existed, and were able to secure bookings for us. We received excellent communication and punctuality from the drivers, and the company was flexible and patient with the changes of plans that come with traveling with a large group. If we ever went back to Tulum I would absolutely book with them for the entirety of the trip!

I had the absolute best experience with Your Tulum Concierge. I am an overthinker and an over-planner and Paola was an absolute gem at securing all the reservations and transportation requests I had. Why hire a private driver in Tulum?
Taxis don’t use meters and overcharge tourists routinely. A private driver means a fixed price, a known vehicle, no surge pricing, and someone who knows where everything is, including the unmarked jungle entrances to cenotes and beach clubs.
What information do you need when booking?
Can plans change during the ride?
If you booked hourly, yes, just tell the driver. If you booked per-ride, changing the destination may change the price.
Are the vehicles air-conditioned and insured?
All of them, yes. Vehicles are regularly maintained and carry liability insurance plus emergency medical coverage in Mexico. We strongly recommend you also carry your own travel medical insurance. The local insurance does not cover repatriation or medical care in your home country.
Do the drivers speak English?
Comfortable-vehicle drivers speak basic English but have years of experience driving non-Spanish-speaking guests. Language is rarely an issue. Luxury vehicles include English-speaking drivers on request.
What is the difference between a “comfortable” vehicle and a “luxury” vehicle?
Comfortable vehicles are clean, new, well-maintained, but not branded luxury. Luxury vehicles are premium models.
How do I pay?
Cash (USD or Mexican pesos), card, or online. A 5% surcharge applies to card payments. Online payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Is gratuity included?
No. Tipping is optional, but appreciated for good service.
