BAK’ is a fire steakhouse in the hotel zone — open-flame cooking is the whole concept, from the kitchen to the show. Premium cuts, fresh seafood, and wood-fired dishes dominate the menu.

The Cha’an Ka’ak fire show is a Mayan-inspired fire and dance performance that takes over the restaurant and shifts the atmosphere from dinner to spectacle. Popular for birthdays and celebrations.
