Thursday to Saturday at 9:30 PM, the Cha’an Ka’ak fire show (a Mayan-inspired fire and dance performance) turns dinner into a show.

Service was prompt, friendly and very attentive. The food was cooked to perfection and my extra requests were met without hesitation. There was a live DJ playing music. The lighting was dim with several candles lit. There were fams blowing cool air around that helped the humidity feeling. The restaurant was beautifully designed. Their menus lit up for an easy ready in the dim lightning. Very well done! Thank you for a delicious meal and meeting our requests without hesitation ❣️
First things first. It is very expensive, even by LA, NYC. London, Vegas standards. Also, you cannot use those cities as a comparison. So this is purely looking at the Tulum ecosystem. That said. My wife and I took our 3-year-old on Tuesday night and we had a very nice experience. The food had flavor....the Kebab as the starter and the Filet Mignon were standouts. The Churros waffles for desert was huge and tasty. The service was fast, kind and on point. Not pretentious. The decor and architecture was beautiful. The music was medium, not interrupting conversations at all and had good old school catchy beats. Two appetizers, one cocktail, the filet mignon, a chicken main, one side and the churros waffle cost us US$275 including tip and tax. So, as long as you know what you're getting yourself in for, you will have an enjoyable time.
One of the best service experiences we’ve had. The food was perfect, the interior is amazing, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. Food presentation felt like a show our waiter recommended a cocktail that was WOW, served under a glass, and many dishes arrived with beautiful smoky presentation and impressive details. From the bread to the final chef’s compliment, everything was absolutely perfect. We also dined across the street at competitor Ilios - while the party atmosphere there was great, we liked the food at Bak much more, as well as the overall experience. Thank you! 💚🙏🏽
This was a stellar place to eat on my first night in Tulum and Gabriel was an incredible server! The food here is to die for! The service was incredible and I was amazed the whole time. Unfortunately we came on a Sunday so missed the live show but we will be back for sure!
I can’t recommend this place enough! Our server Virginia was attentive and patient with us the entire time. The food, atmosphere, and service can’t get any better. They even had a show in the beginning and it was amazing, nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I would definitely come back once I make my way back to Tulum again!

MTC was the best choice I could have ever made to book my transportation and dinner reservations. The service is unmatched. Quick responses and amazing for last min plans or changes. I had a wonderful experience staying at the home in Tulum! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast — perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. The host was very responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and making check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We used YTC for our Anniversary this week. We used their private driver service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were professional, extremely nice and on time. YTC also booked our beachclub for us within minutes of us calling. They answered all our questions and gave us really good suggestions while in Tulum. They even checked to make sure we arrived back home safely. We will definitely use them again when we return to Tulum.

What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations without a deposit can be canceled at no cost before the reservation time. With a deposit, cancel 14 days or more ahead at no cost; from 13 days to 72 hours ahead, 20% of the group total is charged; within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
