This place had a really amazing atmosphere. The music wasn’t too loud, but the vibes were flowing. It felt like it was our own beach.. we took paddle boards out and kayaks and got to explore the coast line. But what made the place really special was the service from our waiter named David he took great care of us gave us some wonderful recommendations. Told us about local history and really went the extra mile to make our day special. Oh yeah and the food was amazing.
This place was just incredible. Everything from the food, to the service, to the water! We visited this place the last day our trip and it honestly was nothing short of amazing. It was quite a bumpy ride to get there - right through the jungle.. Lots of pot holes! Plenty of parking available. You can either show up and hope there are day beds available as it’s first come first serve, or you can reserve one for 1000 pesos. The food was great and the atmosphere was incredible. I would highly recommend visiting here if you are in Tulum. The lagoon water was crystal clear and literally as warm as bath water.
By far one of the most beautiful spots we’ve experienced. The water was crystal clear (fresh and definitely on the chilly side, but refreshing). We reserved loungers in advance via WhatsApp for my girlfriend’s birthday and arrived just before noon. The minimum consumption was $1,000 pesos per person, which felt more than fair for the setting and overall experience. They clearly explained all the rules ahead of time over WhatsApp: no sunblock or makeup in the water, bring your own towels, no outside food, etc. Parking is free. There’s also no cell signal, which honestly forces you to unplug and be present. We ordered the mixed grill, which was delicious, well-cooked, and fairly priced. Angel and Javier were fantastic. They even brought out a cake with a candle and sang happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Amazing vibes, great music, excellent food, and very well maintained. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret… but that would be a disservice.
To all my gluten-free and Celiac friends, my husband and I went to this beautiful amazing lagoon with the best staff and friendly staff ever. I ordered the guacamole with the corn tortilla chips and also the shrimp with the red sauce and corn tortilla chips. If you are gluten free and afraid of cross-contamination please talk to RICK he was so awesome and made sure that my food is safe and he knew what gluten is so please talk to him. He's so cool. He's the cool guy with the glasses and all the tattoos and everybody else in the staff was so nice and we just loved it.
What a hidden paradise! 🌊 While I love Muyil, this lagoon is a completely different (and amazing) vibe. The water views are absolutely breathtaking, the music is spot on, and the food was incredible. Huge shoutout to Austin for the stellar service! The best part? It’s dog-friendly, so the pup got to enjoy the views too. 🐶❤️ Fair warning: The 15-minute drive in on the unpaved road is pretty brutal, but once you arrive, you’ll forget all about it.

We used YTC for our Anniversary this week. We used their private driver service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were professional, extremely nice and on time. YTC also booked our beachclub for us within minutes of us calling. They answered all our questions and gave us really good suggestions while in Tulum. I had a wonderful experience staying at the home in Tulum! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast — perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. The host was very responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and making check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
YTC was phenomenal for our bachelorette trip. They were very responsive and helpful when creating our itinerary. Whether it was pick up from the airport or driving us from beach clubs to dinner—they were extremely prompt and safe. The pricing was also the most reasonable compared to other companies. I would highly recommend booking through them for your next Tulum trip. We were interested in having a chef come and make us a dinner for just one night at our little airbnb. Once we looked into it, we noticed there were very few options. I messaged YTC, and Joost confirmed they could accommodate that request. The whole experience worked out better then we could have hoped for! After a longer and more exhausting last day of sightseeing than expected, our chef Eduardo arrived right on time. We had selected a mexican-themed meal and he came completely prepared. He settled right into the kitchen like it was his. The whole time he was friendly with us and kept everything clean and tidy. In no time at all, an amazing table full of food was laid out for us. I am telling you THE MEAL WAS AMAZING! If you are considering anything like this, go for it...it was totally worth it! Can't wait to do this again on our next trip. Thanks YTC!

Neek is 30 minutes from Tulum down a dirt road. Driving yourself works but the road is rough. We can arrange round-trip transportation in a comfortable vehicle:

Up to 14 people: 180 USD round trip
Groups of 8+ get 4 USD per person off when we book the venue.

What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations without a deposit can be canceled at no cost before the reservation time. Advance payments are not refundable.
