A balloon setup with big numbers and a “Happy Birthday” sign, ready before you walk in when your host allows it, and a custom cake from a local pastry chef, ordered 72 hours ahead. For the surprise moment, a mariachi band.
Bachelorettes
Balloons with a “Bride” sign and a diamond ring balloon, a mixologist for an open bar or a cocktail workshop, and pool floaties delivered to the villa.
Dinner at the villa
A private chef for a fine dining dinner: they bring the tableware, plate every course and clean up after. Add a mixologist who sets up a bar for two hours.
Pool parties
Party gear delivered, set up and picked up again: Pioneer DJ decks with two speakers, pool floaties and a piñata. Add a DJ, or a fire show after dinner.
Wellness days
A yoga class on your rooftop or by the pool, for any level, mats brought, then massages for the whole group at the same time, at the villa or at a partner studio between Downtown and La Veleta.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Last-minute bookings are often possible, but we recommend booking at least a week in advance. For a massage, 24 hours ahead is usually enough, and a cake needs 72 hours’ notice because it is made to order.
How do I pay?
With an online payment link, in USD or Mexican pesos. For a mixologist, live entertainment, party rentals or a yoga class, paying at least 50% confirms the booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service, and up to 72 hours before a cake delivery. Custom decorations (specific signs, made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable once booked.
Can you set up before we arrive?
Decorations, yes, when your villa host allows it: we coordinate the timing with the host, so the setup is done before you check in. A cake arrives chilled and is handed to you or your host.
Can we combine several experiences?
Yes. Tell us your plan and we line up the timing, for example a chef dinner with a mixologist, then a fire show and a DJ until late.
Do you come to places outside Tulum?
Yes. Every experience is possible outside Tulum too, but the price is different there: message us for a custom quote. In Tulum, everything comes to your villa, and massages to hotels too.
