Rosa Negra is where dinner stops being just dinner and becomes the whole evening. The kitchen is Peruvian-Nikkei with Latin American influences – bright ceviches and tiraditos to start, then grilled premium cuts, fresh seafood, and modern takes on Mexican classics.

The energy builds with the night. A resident DJ opens the floor as the sun drops, a live drum show fills the room, and on select nights the lights cut for a fire show – sparklers at the table, dancers through the aisles, the room on its feet.
