Rosa Negra is where dinner stops being just dinner and becomes the whole evening. The kitchen is Peruvian-Nikkei with Latin American influences: bright ceviches and tiraditos to start, then grilled premium cuts, fresh seafood, and modern takes on Mexican classics.
The energy builds with the night. A resident DJ opens the floor as the sun drops, a live drum show fills the room, and on select nights the lights cut for a fire show: sparklers at the table, dancers through the aisles, the room on its feet.

This was such an EXPERIENCE!! I booked a birthday dinner here on a Saturday night in hopes to enjoy a great meal and enjoy the "Tribal Fire Dance", unfortunately, the dance did not occur until we were already waiting for valet (after 10pm), however, we did in fact experience a SHOW. The entire restaurant and staff partake in various acts throughout the night (sparklers, drums, spinning napkins, firing up various meals, even dancing on chairs, etc.) It is fun and entertaining, however, it can also be overwhelming and becomes over stimulating the longer you are there. The only part we did not appreciate was the server trying to force us to get up and dance - literally pulling on our arms - this was overbearing and we were over it by then. On to the food and service: You will experience multiple people around you, preparing your table for each course through the night. They are all very friendly and happy to cater to your every need. The food is delicious! We all fully enjoyed every dish we ordered and I feel it was a great value (compared to USD and our fine dining). I recommend trying them out at least once.
I was taken here for my surprise birthday dinner. The ambiance is so nice and exactly what I would want for a nice dinner in Tulum. It was also a Monday so I wasn’t expecting for it to be too turnt up but the vibe was cool and calm. The service was amazing. Our servers Karol & Adrianna took care of us. They were very attentive and their hospitality was on point. The food was also really good!!! I didn’t know what to expect but I would definitely return!
Great food and atmosphere. Can recommend tacos with shrimps & short rib beef - honestly is a must. Service was amazing. We were with kids and had a lovely surprise for them at the end. Note, it's a bit noisy (if you are with kids like us) with music and noise from the road. Anyway, we enjoyed and can only recommend visiting.
Our server, Mike, was extremely attentive and helpful with our dinner selections. The atmosphere and vibes were amazing, and the overall service from the staff was top-tier. The food was incredible as well — highly recommend this spot for dinner!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the home in Tulum! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast — perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. The host was very responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and making check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We used YTC for our Anniversary this week. We used their private driver service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were professional, extremely nice and on time. YTC also booked our beachclub for us within minutes of us calling. They answered all our questions and gave us really good suggestions while in Tulum. What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations without a deposit can be canceled at no cost before the reservation time. With a prepayment, cancel more than 10 days ahead and 10% of the group total is charged; from 10 days to 48 hours ahead, 50% of the group total is charged; within 48 hours, the prepayment is non-refundable.
