Kanan Rooftop floats above the treetops of Tulum, where nest-style seating is built into the rooftop and 360° views stretch from the Caribbean to the jungle canopy.

Settle into your nest as the sun drops behind the trees, then stay for a fine dining menu of modern international cuisine with Mediterranean and seafood influences. On Friday and Saturday nights, a live DJ plays from sunset onward.
