Marina Fee
The marina fee is 20 USD per person and must be paid in cash at the marina. Once you’ve reached out for a quote, the price provided will include this and all other fees – no hidden costs.
Transportation
All cruises depart from Puerto Aventuras, about 40 minutes north of Tulum. We offer discounted roundtrip transportation when you book the boat with us – pickup and dropoff at your accommodation in Tulum.

Good to Know
- While last-minute bookings may be possible, we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
- Bring swimwear, sunglasses, and eco-friendly sunscreen – everything else is provided.
- The sound system accepts Bluetooth – bring your playlist.
Cancellation Policy
Boat charters involve reserved vessels and crew, so the policy is stricter than our other services.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before departure: 10% fee, the remainder of the deposit is refunded.
- Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: no refund of the deposit.
If conditions are unsafe and the captain cancels, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. Caribbean weather can shift quickly, but most days are ideal for sailing. Rain or clouds won’t cancel a trip – unsafe conditions will.

How long is the cruise and when does it depart?
Five hours on the water, departing from Puerto Aventuras at either 8 AM, 9 AM, 2 PM or 3 PM. Picking the morning slot gives you calmer water and fewer boats at the snorkel reef. Afternoon catches the late sun.
Where does the cruise actually go?
Three stops over five hours: Inha Reef for snorkeling (sea turtles, tropical fish), La Bocana or Xpu-Ha for swimming and paddleboarding while the chef plates lunch, and Caleta as the final scenic cove before heading back.
What's on the food menu?
Multi-course à la carte menu with several main options – full menu on the page. Fresh seafood, grilled meats, Mexican classics with international touches. Dietary restrictions accommodated with notice.
Can we add bachelorette decorations?
Yes – bachelorette decoration packages are available (220 USD). Tell us when you book; the boat is set up before you arrive.
Can we have a DJ on board?
Yes, on selected boats. See the boat overview on the page for which ones support a DJ booth, and tell us when you book so we can coordinate.
How do I pay for the boat?
50% deposit by online payment link to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% paid at the marina on the day in cash (USD or MXN) or card (5% surcharge).
What if the weather is bad?
The Caribbean shifts fast but most days sail. The captain calls it on the morning of – if conditions are unsafe (lightning, swell, storm warning) the cruise is canceled and you get a full refund or a reschedule. If conditions are merely overcast or windy, the cruise still goes.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible at a cost of 10% of the cruise with more than 14 days notice. With less than 14 days notice cancellation is not possible.
