Booked YTC for two days - Bacalar Trip on day one and Chichén Itzá/Cenotes for Day 2. I had a great time on my tour. The guide, Iber, was very knowledgeable, kind and fun. The lunch with the Mayan family was absolutely delicious. We were served endless amounts of freshly prepared tortillas, some of the best I've ever had. The entire meal was mouth wateringly delicious. Loved the zipline over the water and swimming in the cenote. I will definitely use this company again in the future and visit some of the other cenotes.

How far in advance should I book a cenote tour?
We recommend booking your tours at least one week in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings.
Which cenote tour should I choose?
If you want to go all-in on cenotes (caves, underground swimming), pick the Cenote Adventure. If you also want ocean snorkeling on the reef (sea turtles, tropical fish), pick the Snorkeling & Cenote Tour. Both are the same price.
Do I need snorkeling experience?
No. The guides provide all equipment and a briefing. Both tours are suitable for beginners. You’ll be in calm, clear water with good visibility.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, comfortable shoes (water shoes recommended for caves), biodegradable sunscreen (required: regular sunscreen is banned in cenotes), sunglasses, and some cash for tips. All snorkeling gear is provided.
Are the tours private or shared?
Both options are available. Private tours are fully customizable: adjust the itinerary, pace, and stops. Small-group tours follow a set route with other guests.
