Spent three nights at Hotel Shibari, an incredible property with some of the best staff we’ve ever encountered. This was easily one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. Nestled in the jungle and built around a stunning natural cenote, the hotel offers a unique blend of luxury and nature. The rooms are beautifully designed, high quality, and feature private balconies that make it easy to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Great hotel to disconnect and get some quiet time! The staff at the restaurant where great , special mention to Francisco who on day one ( or even managers did this ) leaned our names and our orders and serviced us in an outstanding way through our stay ! The cenote was clean and refreshing every time , the grounds well kept and beautiful. The pool was good and the rooms are fantastic .
I have been to Tulum once before, but this experience/trip this time around was stunning- and hotel Shibari was the main reason. My bf booked this last minute but was able to find availability. Our room was so beautiful, with its own plunge pool/jacuzzi which we used every night! The cenote itself was just pure perfection. The restaurant ATTA was perfect. It had the most sweetest staff especially RANDY! From our first night having dinner up till our last breakfast there, he was nothing but special and the most kindest and caring one there! Thank you RANDY! We cannot wait to come back to Tulum & this hotel. I recommended it to all my friends and family!
This was the most beautiful hotel I have even stayed at. They have their own cenote which is amazing. They have Atta, their restaurant. They have delicious food and drinks. Our waiters David Santos and Victor were the best. This hotel is close to many restaurants and beach clubs. 10/10

We used YTC for our Anniversary this week. We used their private driver service from the airport to our hotel and back. Our drivers were professional, extremely nice and on time. YTC also booked our beachclub for us within minutes of us calling. They answered all our questions and gave us really good suggestions while in Tulum. I had a wonderful experience staying at the home in Tulum! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast — perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet at night. The host was very responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and making check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
YTC was phenomenal for our bachelorette trip. They were very responsive and helpful when creating our itinerary. Whether it was pick up from the airport or driving us from beach clubs to dinner—they were extremely prompt and safe. The pricing was also the most reasonable compared to other companies. I would highly recommend booking through them for your next Tulum trip. We were interested in having a chef come and make us a dinner for just one night at our little airbnb. Once we looked into it, we noticed there were very few options. I messaged YTC, and Joost confirmed they could accommodate that request. The whole experience worked out better then we could have hoped for! After a longer and more exhausting last day of sightseeing than expected, our chef Eduardo arrived right on time. We had selected a mexican-themed meal and he came completely prepared. He settled right into the kitchen like it was his. The whole time he was friendly with us and kept everything clean and tidy. In no time at all, an amazing table full of food was laid out for us. I am telling you THE MEAL WAS AMAZING! If you are considering anything like this, go for it...it was totally worth it! Can't wait to do this again on our next trip. Thanks YTC!
