Event

Rosa Negra’s nightly entertainment centres on live drums, fire performers, and tribal choreography that builds through the evening alongside the resident DJ and sparkler happenings.

It’s one of the most established dinner-show formats in Tulum, and the Latin energy of the performance matches the menu: ceviches, tiraditos, premium cuts, and fresh seafood from across Latin America. The atmosphere gets progressively louder and more festive as the night goes on – dinner at the start, something closer to a party by the end.

How the Night Unfolds

Four acts in one evening. You can come for all of it, or drop in late.
A rustic dining room at Rosa Negra Restaurant features stone walls, a long wooden table set for dinner, and a striking mural blending a woman's face with a mountain landscape. Candles provide warm, ambient lighting throughout the space.
