Rosa Negra’s Thursday-to-Saturday show centers on live drums, fire performers, and tribal choreography that builds through the evening alongside the resident DJ and sparkler moments.
It’s one of the most established dinner-show formats in Tulum, and the Latin energy of the performance matches the menu: ceviches, tiraditos, premium cuts, and fresh seafood from across Latin America. The atmosphere gets progressively louder and more festive as the night goes on: dinner at the start, something closer to a party by the end.

Great food and atmosphere. Can recommend tacos with shrimps & short rib beef - honestly is a must. Service was amazing. We were with kids and had a lovely surprise for them at the end. Note, it's a bit noisy (if you are with kids like us) with music and noise from the road. Anyway, we enjoyed and can only recommend visiting.
Our server, Mike, was extremely attentive and helpful with our dinner selections. The atmosphere and vibes were amazing, and the overall service from the staff was top-tier. The food was incredible as well — highly recommend this spot for dinner!
This was such an EXPERIENCE!! I booked a birthday dinner here on a Saturday night in hopes to enjoy a great meal and enjoy the "Tribal Fire Dance", unfortunately, the dance did not occur until we were already waiting for valet (after 10pm), however, we did in fact experience a SHOW. The entire restaurant and staff partake in various acts throughout the night (sparklers, drums, spinning napkins, firing up various meals, even dancing on chairs, etc.) It is fun and entertaining, however, it can also be overwhelming and becomes over stimulating the longer you are there. The only part we did not appreciate was the server trying to force us to get up and dance - literally pulling on our arms - this was overbearing and we were over it by then. On to the food and service: You will experience multiple people around you, preparing your table for each course through the night. They are all very friendly and happy to cater to your every need. The food is delicious! We all fully enjoyed every dish we ordered and I feel it was a great value (compared to USD and our fine dining). I recommend trying them out at least once.
So much fun! Dinner and a party. Great service. Mike was amazing. Food has cool plating and beautiful presentation. A little pricey but a fun experience
