Gitano Jungle has been one of Tulum’s originals since 2013, open-air, colonial-inspired, with a giant disco ball and the pink neon sign that’s become a Tulum landmark. The menu is modern Mexican, cooked on an open fire and wood grill and designed for sharing, with 50+ mezcals at the bar. Friday is Gypsy Disco, when dinner turns into dancing with cabaret performances and DJs.
