This yoga class exceeded all my expectations! Andy read the room perfectly and accommodated different levels, and even provided a great session for my pregnant friend. After the class I felt mentally/emotionally balanced and physically invigorated. I would definitely recommend Andy if you’re looking for a great yoga class in Tulum!!

This company was extremely professional! I initially booked a ride with them for my group (13 friends traveling together), and they made some great recommendations that I did not even know existed, and were able to secure bookings for us. We received excellent communication and punctuality from the drivers, and the company was flexible and patient with the changes of plans that come with traveling with a large group. If we ever went back to Tulum I would absolutely book with them for the entirety of the trip!

I had the absolute best experience with Your Tulum Concierge. I am an overthinker and an over-planner and Paola was an absolute gem at securing all the reservations and transportation requests I had. She has an amazing attitude, was flexible with changes, and was incredibly thorough with her follow ups pre-trip and during our excursions, just checking in to make sure we were having the best experience. Toward the end of our time at a beach club in Tulum, Joost was readily available and willing to accommodate an early pick up with beverage service on our ride back to our resort. Overall, the experience was 10/10 and I will never plan a trip to Tulum without Your Concierge Tulum again. Thank you all so much!!

Thank you guys YOUR TULUM CONCIERGE FOR FINDING ME PERSON FR DECORATION OF THE NEW YORK BARNEYS AIRBNB. "As a boyfriend, I wanted to make my girlfriend's birthday as special and unforgettable as possible, and the birthday decorations at the New York Barney Airbnb in Tulum completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, she was speechless. Every detail was beautifully arranged, creating the most romantic and elegant atmosphere. Seeing the smile on her face and the joy in her eyes made every bit of planning worth it. The decorations turned an already beautiful trip into a memory we'll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you for helping me give the woman I love a birthday she will never forget. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to create a truly magical and memorable celebration." Thanks again!

Juan Carlos is an amazing instructor and gave us wonderful alcoholic and non alcoholic options for our mixology class! He really made this class a highlight of our trip. He traveled to our Air BnB and made everything so easy! Our group of 13 would highly recommend him, he is so kind and great!

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book the Chichen Itza Tour?

We recommend booking your tours at least one week in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings.

Is Chichen Itza worth the long drive from Tulum?

Yes. It’s a 2-hour drive each way, but the site is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World for a reason. The scale of El Castillo and the Ball Court is hard to appreciate from photos. The cenote swim and Valladolid lunch break up the day so it doesn’t feel like all driving.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, swimwear, biodegradable sunscreen (required), sunglasses, a towel, a camera, and some cash.

Are the tours private or shared?

Both options are available. Private tours are fully customizable: adjust the itinerary, pace, and stops. Small-group tours follow a set route with other guests.

Am I picked up at my accommodation?

Yes. Every tour includes round-trip air-conditioned transportation from your accommodation in Tulum and back.

Do the guides speak English?

Yes, all guides are fluent in English and Spanish.

Are entry fees included?

Yes, all entry fees, park admissions, and required permits are included in the price.

What is included in the lunch?

A regional Yucatecan meal at a colonial restaurant in Valladolid. Expect dishes like cochinita pibil, sopa de lima, panuchos, and fresh fruit. Let us know about dietary restrictions when you book.

How do I pay?

The full amount is paid with an online payment link before the tour. Prefer to pay in Mexican pesos? Just let us know.

What is the minimum age?

There is no minimum age. The site involves walking but no climbing. The cenote is suitable for all ages with supervision.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. No questions asked.
