The Beach BBQ Fiesta is Gitano Beach’s signature Sunday event — open-fire cooking on 120 metres of white sand at the quieter southern end of the hotel zone, just before the Sian Ka’an reserve entrance.
The grill runs throughout the afternoon: fresh seafood, premium cuts, and seasonal sides cooked over fire and served at your daybed or table. A DJ sets the pace as the day moves toward sunset. Mezcal cocktails, the full Gitano bar, and the modern Mexican menu all available alongside.
