Zamna is a jungle venue built around natural cenotes in Aldea Tulum, about 10 minutes from town. It runs a series of standalone events across late December and January — each night is programmed independently by a different artist or label, so Afterlife, Keinemusik, Day Zero, ANTS, and Black Coffee are separate events, not one continuous festival.

The venue has multiple stages and festival-grade production. Most nights run from 10 PM into the early hours. Tickets are sold per event and sell out months in advance — popular nights like Afterlife and Keinemusik typically go first.

    Dates

    Zamna Festival takes place every winter season in Tulum, spanning multiple nights rather than a single event. The festival typically runs from late December through mid-January, with individual parties scheduled on different dates throughout the season.

    Based on previous editions, Zamna usually begins around December 30–31 and concludes between January 10 and January 15, depending on the year and artist program. Each night features a different lineup, theme, or label showcase. Exact dates and events are announced in advance for each season, and tickets are sold individually per party.

    Ticket Pricing & Types

    Zamna Festival ticket prices vary depending on the specific event, artist lineup, and level of access. Common ticket categories include General Admission, VIP, and private tables or premium backstage options for select shows.

    • General Admission tickets for individual events typically start from around 120 USD to 180 USD.
    • VIP tickets usually range from 250 USD to 400 USD, depending on the night and artist, and include benefits such as preferential entry and access to VIP areas.
    • VIP tickets do not include a VIP table. Tables are a separate purchase and come with dedicated seating, bottle service, and a minimum spend.

    Zamna also offers a Multi Pass, priced at the equivalent of 3 tickets+, allowing access to multiple events within the festival program. Tickets generally increase in price as the event date approaches, so early purchase is recommended.

    Multi-Pass Options

    The Zamna Multi-Pass is a flexible ticket option that includes 3 ticket credits for Zamna Festival events during the Winter Season. After purchase, you receive codes by email, which can be redeemed in advance for Zamna events of your choice, subject to availability.

    You can use the Multi-Pass in two ways:

    • Redeem the 3 credits for 3 different Zamna parties, or
    • Redeem the 3 credits for 3 different people attending a Zamna event.

    Please note that the Multi-Pass does not guarantee access to any specific event. Once a redemption is submitted, it is reviewed within 24 to 72 hours, after which you receive a confirmation email with your QR ticket(s).

    VIP Tables

      • Table layout and minimum spend vary by event.
      • Private table reservations include event entrance.
      • The amount paid is credited toward food and beverage consumption.
      • An additional 20% is added to the minimum spend for gratuity and payment costs.
      • Full amount is due upon booking.
      • When VIP tables are purchased through us, a discount on transportation is included.

    Event Times

    Doors open at 10:00 PM, but most guests typically arrive between 11:00 and 11:30 PM, once the venue is fully alive and the main stages are warming up. The party runs throughout the night and into the morning, usually ending around 9:00 AM, depending on the event and lineup.

    Cashless Bracelet System

    Zamna events operate with a cashless bracelet system. Upon entry, you receive a bracelet that must be loaded with credit to purchase food and drinks inside the venue.
    The bracelet can be topped up using cash or credit/debit card at designated stations inside the event.

    Please note that any unused balance is not refundable, meaning remaining credit on your bracelet will be lost after the event. For this reason, we recommend being mindful of how much you load at once.
    Credits added to the bracelet are valid only for that specific event and cannot be transferred or used at another Zamna party.

    Transportation & Arrival Policy

    Zamna Festival is located slightly outside of Tulum town, set within the jungle. Due to its location, planning transportation in advance is recommended.

    Good to Know Before You Go

    Cell reception
    Cell service depends on your mobile provider; some carriers work better than others. There is no official public Wi-Fi at the event.

    Parking
    On-site parking is available near the venue for an additional fee, usually payable in cash. Some attendees choose to park along the road, but you must park responsibly, poorly parked cars may be towed.

    What You Can & Can’t Bring
    Zamna has strict rules on what can be brought into the festival.

    Not allowed:
    • Outside food and beverages
    • Illegal or controlled substances
    • Professional cameras or filming equipment
    • Cigarettes (even unopened packs)
    • Gum (even unopened packs)
    • Water bottles (even sealed)
    • Fireworks, flares, aerosols, sharp objects, glass bottles, or anything that could be used as a weapon

    Security checks bags at the entrance.
