Getting around Tulum on your own can be frustrating – roads are unpaved, taxis don’t use meters, and ride-hailing apps are unreliable. A private driver means a fixed price, a clean vehicle, and someone who actually knows where they’re going. Book by the hour for a flexible day out, or per ride for a quick trip.

When booking, please share:
– Pick-up location (a venue or hotel name works best – addresses in Tulum can be unreliable)
– Date and time
– Number of passengers

Yes, if you book a luxurious SUV you can choose a color of your preference.

Gratuity is not included. Tipping is optional, but it’s common in Mexico to tip 10-15% for good service.

All our vehicles are regularly maintained, insured, and air-conditioned. Drivers follow traffic regulations and are familiar with local road conditions. We stay on top of any safety updates in the area.

The drivers speak very basic English, but have a lot of experience serving non-Spanish speaking customers and a language barrier normally doesn’t cause any problems. With the luxury vehicles you can request an English speaking driver.

Yes, all our vehicles have air conditioning.

Cash (USD or Mexican pesos), card, or online. A 5% surcharge applies to card payments. Online payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you’re booked by the hour, you can change your plans on the go – just tell your driver. For single rides, changes to the destination may affect the price.
