Ana y José sits on a long, calm stretch of Tulum’s hotel zone, attached to the boutique hotel of the same name – one of the very first properties on this beach, and still one of the most quietly loved. Palapa-shaded beds, soft sand underfoot, and a kitchen that’s been feeding Tulum for decades.

Ana y José is a slower kind of beach day. Msuic played low enough to talk over, long lunches that turn into longer afternoons, and stretches of sand where you can actually hear the water. Kid-friendly and family welcoming, it’s one of the few spots on the beach where the whole crew can relax and enjoy the day.

    The beach club operates daily from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, guests are welcome to continue their evening at the restaurant, which serves dinner until 10:30 PM.

    During the high-season months of December through February, paying in advance is recommended to secure your space.
