La Noche is Gitano Jungle’s Saturday night — the Latin counterpart to Friday’s Gypsy Disco. Same open-air jungle setting under the palms, same candlelit tables, same iconic disco ball and mezcal cocktails, but the music shifts: Latin beats and rhythm replace the disco and cabaret energy of the night before.

It’s higher energy than a regular dinner at Gitano, with the dance floor filling up as the evening progresses. Dinner starts from 6pm and the night builds from there.

The modern Mexican menu is designed for sharing — wood-fired dishes, fresh seafood, vibrant plates — with 50+ mezcals at the bar and a cocktail program built around local ingredients. Come for dinner, stay for the music, and let the night take its own shape.
