Cancellation Policy
At Your Tulum Concierge, we work with trusted local partners to organize premium services and experiences. Because many of our services require advance reservations and pre-payments, the following cancellation terms apply.
1. Transportation
You can cancel at no cost up to 24 hours before it is planned, or later when your flight is canceled. Cancellations made after that have a cancellation fee of 50%.
2. Private Chef / Private Mixology / Villa Decoration / Villa Party Rentals / Cake Delivery / Mariachi Band / Private Spiritual Experiences / Massage / Private Yoga Class / Tours & Excursions / Photographer
You can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before the service is planned. Cancellations made after that have a cancellation fee of 50%.
3. Boat Rental
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the cruise is planned have a cancellation fee of 10%. Cancellations made after that have a cancellation fee of 50%.
4. Tickets
All sales are final.
5. No-Shows
Failure to appear at the scheduled time and location will be considered a no-show and is fully charged.
6. Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to modify or reschedule services are subject to availability and partner approval. Price differences may apply.
7. Force Majeure
Your Tulum Concierge is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, flight delays, government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the service or provide credit when possible.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
By confirming a booking and submitting a deposit or full payment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
