Tulum Archeological Site
One of the only Mayan cities built on the coast – temples and watchtowers perched on cliffs above the Caribbean. The site is compact but the setting is spectacular. Your guide walks you through the history of El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes, and the Temple of the Descending God while you take in views that no other ruins site can match.
10 AM
Parque Tankah
After the ruins, the day shifts to adventure. Tankah is a jungle eco park with multiple activities built around natural cenotes and lagoons.
– Cenote swimming – Swim in crystal-clear freshwater cenotes surrounded by jungle
– Zipline – Fly over the jungle canopy
– Canoeing – Paddle through calm lagoon wate
The park is run with small groups in mind — it doesn’t have the overcrowded, theme-park feel of the larger eco parks.
Lunch
A traditional Mayan meal prepared on-site.
