Embark on a four-course sensorial journey featuring Kanan’s signature Japomexa menu — a harmonious fusion of Japanese and Mexican flavors — paired with breathtaking jungle and ocean views.

As the night unfolds, immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere with a shamanic blessing, connecting food, music, and moonlight into an unforgettable experience suspended above the palms.

Kanan captures the soul of Tulum’s natural beauty, offering an elevated dining experience within its iconic sky-high nests. Enjoy modern international cuisine with Mediterranean and seafood influences, all served with panoramic views that make every bite extraordinary.
